Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.

Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Times

Domestic shipping (if applicable): 3-7 business days.

International shipping: 7-15 business days, depending on the country and customs processing.

Note: Times may vary during high-demand seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

During special promotions, we may offer free shipping to certain countries or for orders above a minimum purchase amount.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number so you can monitor delivery at all times.

Shipping Responsibility

BlinBlin is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, customs, or force majeure events.

In case of proven loss, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Conditions

The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Non-returnable products

Personalized jewelry (engravings, exclusive designs).

Promotional or clearance items.

Items damaged by misuse.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or model, provided the returned product meets the conditions mentioned.

The customer must cover the cost of new shipping, except in case of our error.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The crediting time will depend on your bank or payment provider (usually 5-10 business days).
